Westcliff is considered the best apartment value by many students because of its low prices and spacious well-kept apartments. It is about 5-7 minutes away from TCU by car and about 25-30 minutes away by foot. There are 3 newly remodeled laundry rooms, 2 swimming pools, and a clubhouse.
